RETURNS

Due to the nature of these products, all product sold are non-returnable. We believe that customer satisfaction is our number one priority and as a courtesy, we thoroughly look over our products for damages that would cause internal product defects and ensure they are properly packaged prior to shipping. In the unforeseen circumstance where you received a damaged parcel during shipment in which would effect your card internally, we ask you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) with pictures of the damages in order to open a case. In the rare chance that international orders get inspected and/or opened by the purchaser's governing customs agency or the buyer suspects malicious damage done to the purchased product through the shipping process, Cardboard Collectibles does not take any responsibility and does not deem this as a reasonable cause to have product returned.
