SHIPPING SEALED PRODUCT

At the time of checkout/purchase, you are agreeing to our terms of service and all policies stated on Cardboard Collectibles (our) website.

LOCAL

We offer free delivery on all orders over $100.00 before taxes in the Thunder Bay District. If the value of your order does not exceed $100.00 before taxes, a delivery charge of $10.00 will be added upon checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. We will do our very best to ensure all orders are properly packaged/wrapped with bubble wrap as a courtesy and company standard.

CANADA

We offer a flat rate shipping of $20.00 on all orders being delivered to addresses across Canada. If the value of your order meets or exceeds $250.00 before taxes and shipping cost, it will be eligible for free shipping.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and ship. We will do our very best to ensure all orders are properly packaged/wrapped with bubble wrap as a courtesy and company standard.

All parcels include tracking with the use of Canada Post as our partner.

All orders placed through Cardboard Collectibles include tracked shipping. Cardboard Collectibles is not liable for misplaced, stolen and/or lost in transit orders that have been marked as successfully delivered. As one of our valued customers; If you are concerned about theft, please request “pickup at Canada Post” in the checkout notes.

UNITED STATES

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping to customers located in United States. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout using Canada Post as our provider. Duty fees may be applicable upon delivery and would be the responsibility of the customer to settle this fee.

LIVE BREAKS

Orders are sent using Canada Post Letter Mail and packaged in a bubble mailer without tracking or insurance. Cardboard Collectibles is not liable for lost in transit shipments. As one of our valued customers; If you are concerned about theft, please consider having your order shipped using tracked and insured shipping.

We offer to all customers tracked and insured shipping for any packages for live breaks upon request. This additional cost will be passed onto the buyer.
